If this doesn't work, you're probably using a caching proxy server that even caches pages that don't have a last-modified tag in their meta-information. If so, it will cause problems because your caching proxy may pass you an old copy of a page rather than the fresh one NeoWebScript would have made on-the-fly for you. To see if it does, take the link below, then hit reload on that page, then take the backlink. If it works properly (i.e. brings you back to here), complain to your sysadmin or service provider or something...
