Returns the current counter value.

Synopsis

• get_nc counter_name [browser] [val_type]

Description

Returns the current counter value. By default the overall lifetime count is returned for all browsers. Caller may request a specific browser:

• all - all web browsers (default)
• mozilla - Netscape Navigator
• mosaic - NCSA Mosaic
• lynx - Lynx
• mie - Internet Explorer
• other - none of previous 4 common browsers

• lifetime - overall lifetime count (default)
• today - today's count
• yyyymmdd - count for the specified numerical date (year, month, day)
